2. Complete the form and upload:

   • National ID card
   • Habitation permit
   • Certificate of non-ownership

3. Receive a provisional validation within 7 days

4. Sign the preliminary sales agreement within 30 days

5. The notary finalizes the request, and the subsidy is released within 15 days
