The developer remains solely responsible for the information relating to its projects.
6. Contact Requests (Leads)
When you contact a developer through Chridari, the information you provide is transmitted directly to the developer's sales team to process your request.
From that point onward, all communications between you and the developer are solely your respective responsibilities. Chridari is not involved in these communications or in any negotiations that may result.

7. No Involvement in Transactions
Chridari acts solely as a platform that connects buyers and developers.
In particular, Chridari:
- does not sell real estate;
- does not represent either the buyer or the developer;
- does not participate in negotiations;

- does not receive payments related to the purchase of any property.
Any transaction is concluded directly between the buyer and the relevant developer.
8. Pricing and Availability
The prices, availability, floor areas, plans, specifications, and other information displayed on Chridari are provided by the developers.
This information may change at any time without prior notice.
Only the information and documentation provided directly by the developer at the time of the transaction shall be considered authoritative.
9. Project Content
The photographs, videos, 3D renderings, illustrations, floor plans, and other visual materials published on Chridari are provided by the developers or created for illustrative purposes.
Some of the materials presented may be non-contractual and subject to change during the development of the project.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on Chridari, including text, logos, graphics, design, databases, visual elements, and website functionality, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.
Content relating to real estate projects remains the property of its respective owners. By publishing such content on Chridari, the owners authorize its display on the platform, as well as the technical adaptations necessary for its display, indexing, and translation.

Chridari has no control over the indexing process or the way content is displayed by these third-party services.
